TL;DR Three days, over 4,000 investors, and a clear sign that real-world-asset tokenization is finally going mainstream. Clever Summit showed us the market is ready—and that we might well be at the right place at the right time.

1. The Summit Pulse

Clever Summit’s energy

Clever Summit brought together a mix of private lenders, tech founders, and family offices. The message was clear: simplify the deal process or get left behind. From AI tools to smarter underwriting, everyone’s looking for ways to move faster.

We noticed creative finance was gaining a lot of traction too, with many attendees using (or getting into) strategies like seller financing to approach deals that traditional lenders would not get into.

Tokenization also stood out. What used to be far-fetched is now on the agenda for serious funds. Investors also talked less about trends and more about real performance. They want hard data and fast execution.

Clearer Signals, Smarter Tools

We noticed a few key shifts:

  • Tokenisation isn’t theory anymore. People are budgeting for it.
  • Investors are looking for operators who can show real results.
  • Green upgrades are only interesting if they make financial sense.

Everyone’s trying to do more with less, and tech that cuts through the noise is in high demand.

2. PropertyGRID in the Spotlight

Our interactions

Our booth became a real conversation starter. From curious newcomers to seasoned investors, people stopped by not just to browse—but to engage, ask sharp questions, and understand the mechanics behind our Grid model.

We had hundreds of meaningful interactions with investors, lenders, and operators, all curious about how real estate is evolving, and what the new ways to get exposed to real estate were.

Mathew Hudson, our CEO, spoke on stage about how our Grid model works like an index fund for real estate, and how early investors were already positioned for legacy wealth – and for the next decades.

We also interviewed over 20 industry leaders for our new series, GRID cast. Their insights on tokenisation, lending, and tech in real estate will continue to fuel conversations long after the summit.

What We Learned

Serious players are paying close attention to the latest innovations in technology and real estate. Most attendees were looking for one thing: either use cases or proof of concept.

For example, how are we able to help investors leverage their existing mortgage to get more liquidity through tokenization? Please get in touch with us if you are interested for a full breakdown.

We also saw a huge interest in unconventional deal structures, especially among those trying to scale fast. Ultimately, it’s clear the market rewards simplicity and action over complexity and talk.

Final Word
Clever Summit confirmed what we suspected: real estate is changing fast, and tokenization is sparking more interest than expected. We walked away with new connections, stronger positioning, and momentum we plan to double down on.
